Ms. Perret-Gentil was born and raised in Colorado. She graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she was President of the Children’s Legal Advocacy Group and a student attorney with the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center. Prior to law school, Ms. Perret-Gentil volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate where she advocated for children in abuse and neglect cases. Ms. Perret-Gentil understands the intricacies of family relationships; she prides herself on her ability to identify with her clients through listening to their needs and their wants, navigate the emotional complexities, and provide effective representation throughout the legal process
Ms. Perret-Gentil is an avid skier, and can often be found up in the mountains with her husband and two young sons. She also enjoys cycling, hiking and traveling.
She received her B.A. from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine where she studied political science and Spanish, and her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.
